The glass bead work is durable for being worn during showers, if worn exposed to salt water, the bracelets should be rinsed with sweet water, as the strings will show wear after a while and might break. If your item breaks, you may return the piece and it can be repaired in the indigenous village of origin, but the waiting time could be up to 1-1,5 years for this repair.
